We are currently offering three classes per week! All classes are online and designed to help you look and feel great. My goal for each class is to help you workout to your personal limit, not less, not more. Through out each class I give modifications to make exercises easier or harder depending on your level. My hope is that every person who comes to our classes feels strong and empowered without feeling worried they can't complete something or burnt out ofter they're done.
To set up for class: -Register with one of the links above or email/call to pick your package. -Make sure you give me your email address, if you forget you can email me at HudsonValleyPeakPerformance@gmail.com -Once I have your email you will get a link to our GoogleMeet. -If you are using a device, rather than a computer, download the app before class. Check it out and play around with it once or twice so you know how to handle Google Meet on the day of class. -Make sure you have your camera set up so I can see you in your room and you can see me. You should be able to stand with your arms and legs open like a star and be seen in the screen.
