Join us for an EPIC class ***in the EPIC Loft on Main Street in New Paltz*** OR Online!  All levels are welcome for this fully supported, total body class.  This is the place you come to get started, this is the place you will grow and thrive, this is the group you will fall in love with.

One Epic Place: 122 Main St, New Paltz, NY 12561 when you turn into the parking lot go straight to the back of the lot and you will see the stairs on the outside of the while building.  That's the EPIC Loft!

Yoga Fit Online

Let's get our Yoga Fit on! I am so excited to now be offering a Yoga/Fitness combination class! It's really not too different from classes I've been teaching for years, I've incorporated all forms of exercise into my programs but now we will have an even deeper Yoga specific program to dive into!

Each class will begin with a warm-up, a yoga series, plenty to get your heart pumping, and a cool-down with restorative savasana to pull it all together. (My EPIC Fit class is already immensely enjoying the progressive relaxation piece we've incorporated for months now.)

Because this is such a new class and it is a wonderful exploration for me I am offering at a discounted price for just a little while...
