WHAT DOES LIVING YOUNGER LONGER MEAN?
Living younger longer might sound like a bit of a mind bender but it's really quite simple.
It means you are living a healthy, supported and fulfilling life and lifestyle and reaping the rewards of your efforts.
Making life decisions like healthy eating, movement, relationships, getting enough sleep, and following your joy whenever you can!
In reward for your efforts your body stays healthier for longer, both in the short term (like colds etc) and in the long term (like avoiding metabolic disease, diabetes, heart disease, etc).
INCREASE YOUR HEALTH-SPAN
Increase your HEALTHspan, not just your lifespan.
With advances in modern medicine we can add a few more years of life to most people's experiences. But it's very difficult to add years of health using those same techniques.
Wouldn't you rather live longer AND healthier? Wouldn't it be better to live with the ability to do all the tasks of daily life without pain? Engage with friends and family activities? Be able to take trips and move freely deep into your twilight years?
YOU CAN!!!! But my hard advice to you is to start NOW.
